A. The Plaintiff received and completed the following construction from the Defendant.
B. The Defendant substituted the Plaintiff with the payment of KRW 1,439,452,00 out of the price of the construction work Nos. 1,2, and 3, and transferred the ownership of KRW 36 square-type 5,44 square-type 2, as shown below.
[The sum of the sale prices in lots falls short of KRW 1,591,776,00 (=527,904,000 won) 703,872,000 won, which is the sum of the amounts agreed upon in payment in kind. However, in light of the fact that there is no dispute between the parties in the first instance trial, the difference seems to have been paid by other means, such as cash, etc.
