A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 16"

1. On January 7, 2018, around 21:20, the Defendant: (a) committed theft and attempted larceny; (b) from “F administered by the victim E” in Docheon-si; (c) from “F, with dogs, etc. owned by the victim in front of the above store; and (d) from that time until January 21:30, 2018, the Defendant stolen, or attempted to steals, goods owned by the victim by the said method four times as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table of Crimes, from that time until January 21:30, 2018.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On November 22, 2017, the Defendant opened and intruded the door of an underground warehouse that was not corrected in the “I” for the operation of the Victim H, which was located in Gyeonggi-si G, Gyeonggi-si, the Defendant: (a) held a 3,000 mat, which is the victim’s possession; and (b) cut with one mat, the market price of which is approximately KRW 3,000, and one mat, which is the market price.

B. On November 22, 2017, around 20:34, the Defendant opened a 108 door door, which was not corrected in the “I” for the operation of the Victim H located in Gyeonggi-si G, and intrudeed into the door, and owned by the victim at that place, the Defendant owned an electricity board of the amounting to KRW 30,000,000 in the market value, and stolen it with a bond of the market value not exceeding KRW 30,000 in the market value.

3. On November 22, 2017, from around 19:00 to around 09:00 on November 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a closed entrance at the “L cafeteria” operated by the GJ of Gyeonggi-gu; (b) opened the entrance; and (c) cut off with approximately KRW 40,000,00 of the market price of the victim’s possession in the air conditioners, which was kept in the air conditioners, with approximately KRW 40,00,000, and KRW 10,000,000.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on a structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.

4. At night, the Defendant: (a) around November 23, 2017, the victim C victim in the Gyeonggi Pyeong-gun M M appears to be not “O” but “C” (see, e.g., the investigation record No. 111). The Defendant opened and intrudes the late door door door door door door door door door door door door door, which was not corrected since it came to the “N” in the operation of the business (see, e.g., the investigation record).
