A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2013, the Defendant became aware of C through the sponsoring brokerage company in the middle of 2013, and around that time, C became aware of the fact that C was a person with a intellectual disability of Grade II, and on August 2013, the Defendant became aware of the fact that C was a person with a intellectual disability of Grade D, E, and D, and E was also a person with a intellectual disability.

The Defendant: (a) took advantage of the fact that the foregoing C, D, and E lacks accident ability compared to the general public and even if the subject of the crime is difficult to cope with it; (b) obtained a resident registration certificate and password from D under the pretext of opening a mobile phone to be used by C; (c) obtained a passbook, bank card, and seal imprint; (d) arbitrarily opened a mobile phone in the name of D; (c) provided money by means of selling the mobile phone immediately; and (d) concluded an automobile installment contract in the name of D to receive the delivery of the vehicle.

1. Matters concerning the opening of a mobile phone;

A. On August 6, 2013, the Defendant forged a private document, and the display of the said investigation document, on August 6, 2013, the Defendant, using a folder in the form of a new service contract form for SK Telecom Services, kept at the G’s mobile phone sales agency located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Seoul-gu, and submitted that “D”, “I”, “I”, “J”, “J”, “A” in the deposit owner column, “A” in the lower-level customer column, and “D” in the name subsequent to the signature of D, and submitted that document was genuinely formed to G, not aware of the forgery.

Accordingly, the defendant, without authority, forged one copy of the new contract for the SK Telecom Services in the name of SK Telecom Services, which is a private document related to the rights and obligations, and exercised it.

B. On August 6, 2013, the Defendant was guilty.

As above, a new contract which is forged shall be submitted at the time and place mentioned in the paragraph.
