A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Group 6327 is the representative of the aggregate building management unit meeting of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building (hereinafter referred to as "the building of this case").

1. Counterfeiting a private signature and exercising a signature on the investigation;

A. On October 20, 2012, the Defendant forged a private signature on the “Register of Persons Participating in the First Session of the Owners of Condominium Buildings” on October 20, 2012, the Defendant held a meeting to form a management unit of the instant building at the 1st floor of the 8th floor of the instant building and continued to sign the “F” in the signature column No. 15 per annum of the “Register of Persons Participating in the First Assembly of Owners of Condominium Building” to report the fact that the instant building was constituted under the management unit of the instant building to the Young-gu Office, Young-gu, Seoul, and sign the “E” after stating the “F” as “G” in the signature column No. 16 per annum, and continuously signed the “H” in the same manner as “F”, and continuously signed the “G” column No. 17 by the same method.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant signed the above E, F, G, and H without authority.

B. On October 20, 2012, the Defendant forged a private signature under the “Written Agreement on the Management of Aggregate Building Owners (A)” on the date and time as indicated in paragraph (1) of Article 1, and at the same place, in order to report the fact that the management of the instant building was constituted to the Yeongdeungpo-gu Office, Yeongdeungpo-gu, in order to report the fact that it was constituted a management unit of the instant building, the Defendant stated “E” using a pen in the signature column No. 15 of the “D Aggregate Building Owner Management Agreement” and signed it as “E” and continuously signed it by the same method, stating “F” in the signature column No. 16, and continuously signed it as “G” after stating “G” in the signature column No. 17, annually, and continuously signed it by the same method.
