Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as an insurance solicitor, was aware of personal information such as the victim's resident registration number, address, account number, etc. by concluding an insurance contract with the victim C such as the victim's previous Dong-dong fire, merz fire insurance, etc. using this to enter into the LIG fire insurance contract in the victim's name.
