Defendant
A As the team leader of the business 2 team of the H University in Seoul, A is a person who operates the business 1 and 2 team in the H University in Seoul. Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of improving the consumption, welfare and living culture of its members. Defendant C is a corporation with D representative director, and Defendant D is a corporation established for the purpose of coffee chain business.
Any person who intends to operate a restaurant business in a resting place shall be equipped with the facilities prescribed by the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes and shall report it to the competent authority.
1. Notwithstanding Defendant A, the Defendant, without reporting on his business, with one cooking platform, one coffee machine, ten tables, etc., and prepares and provides foods, such as coffee and juice, in order to operate a restaurant in a resting place without reporting his business;
A. From November 30 through December 20, 2016 to December 20, 2016, he prepared foods, such as coffee and juice, on the left side of the main body in H University located in Seoul, and sold to unspecified customers a monthly average of KRW 14 million;
B. 2. Defendant B, the head of the Defendant’s 2 team, operated the restaurant business on the same date and time as the Defendant’s business, and at the same place as the Defendant’s business, as described in paragraph 1.
3. Defendant C, without filing a business report, is equivalent to KRW 20 million on average against an unspecified customer by preparing and selling food, such as coffee, on a scale of 38 square meters in the inner part of H University located behind the main part of H University located in Seoul, with approximately 38 square meters in a kitchen, coffee machine, 1 set table, 4 table table, etc.
