Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who engages in food entertainment business in a resting restaurant business with the trade name of “C” in a space of approximately 100 square meters on the first floor in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si.

Anyone who intends to run a food restaurant business shall report to the Minister of Food and Drug Safety, a Metropolitan Autonomous City Mayor, a Special Self-Governing City Mayor, a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, by type of business or place of business, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not report food entertainment entertainment business, from August 26, 2019 to November 2, 2020, prepared facilities such as cooking rooms, reception rooms, coffee machines, and ice ice ice in the above “C” from around August 26, 2019, and prepared and sold teas, such as coffee and sand strawing, which amounting to approximately 47,290,000 won in total, to many unspecified customers visiting the above facilities.

As a result, the defendant did not report food entertainment business in the resting restaurant business, but provided food entertainment business in the resting restaurant business.
