Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

From November 16, 2015, the Defendant parked D food trucks on the street around Busan Shipping Daegu, and operated a restaurant with the trade name of “E” without reporting restaurant business. The Defendant was equipped with 1st, 1st, 2,000 won of coffee 1st, 2,000 won of coffee, and 3,000 won of daily average of 7-80,000 won of coffee to unspecified customers.
