A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against the victim B;

A. Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the victim's property.

3. Crimes against victims H;

A. On October 2, 2019, the Defendant committed a crime on or around October 2, 2019 is the victim in Gohap-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun around 01:00.
