A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 12, 2014, at around 23:35, the Defendant, entering a residence, was in the house of the victim C, which was located in Gyeongnam-si B, and went into the house through an open gate to see that the wife of the victim was stolen, and infringed upon the victim’s residence.

E. On June 10, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant came to the house of the above victim C, and infringed upon the said house through the open entrance of the said house, and opened the door of the multi-use room in the math and opened the hand by inserting hand, a female son, who was not in the market price, owned by the said victim, was 5 panty.
