A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At night, at around 23:00 on May 201, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the victim D’s house located in the 2nd floor, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, with two panty panty lines and two brode lines owned by the victim; (b) stolen them from that time until November 4, 2013, the Defendant stolen 55 times in total, including the following: (c) 232 clothes and one panty panty panty bars: (d) the victim’s panty lines owned by the victim, and (e) the victim from that time until November 4, 2013.
2. At night, at around 20:00 on July 20, 2012, the Defendant attempted to cut off three clothes of the victim, as indicated in the List of Crimes (2) from the time to November 1, 2013, a total of seven occasions, including, but not limited to, an attempted crime, even though he attempted to cut off three clothes of the victim, as described in the List of Crimes (2).
3.
