A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in driving of CRab cargo vehicles owned by him.

On October 11, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 13:45 on October 11, 2013, leading up to the two entrances of the Cheongdo Water Wholesale Market in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, 652-22, leading up to the point of the accident.

At the front of that place, a crosswalk without signal lights is installed, and there are many people in conventional markets.

In such cases, all drivers are obliged to temporarily stop on the crosswalk to check whether there is a person who gets on the crosswalk, and to check whether there is a person who gets on the crosswalk, and to temporarily stop on the crosswalk and check the safety of pedestrians, and to prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and went beyond the road by shocking the shoulder part of the victim D (the age of 58, female) which was the left-hand side from the right-hand side of the crosswalk by the negligence of proceeding.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim due to occupational negligence in need of two weeks of treatment, such as “the brain salkin in which no tax is known,” etc.
