Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in driving two vehicles in B.

On March 30, 2018, around 16:25, the Defendant proceeded at a speed of 304 Seoul Hospital Sacheon-ro, a Dok-ro, a one-lane of the 304 Seoul Hospital Sacheon-si, toward the direction of the East Sacheon-si.

At the front of that place, there is an intersection in which red signal, etc. is installed.
