A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall photograph the body of any third person, which may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, using a camera or any other similar device, against his/her will, or distribute, sell, lease, provide, or openly exhibit or show its photographed objects to the public.

Nevertheless, on December 2, 2019 between 09:57 and 11:00, the Defendant taken the body of the victim, which may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, such as taking a thoth of the body of the victim E (here, 18 years of age, household name) out of the female toilet located in the second floor of Cuniversity D, by putting the camera in a space below the lower space of the Kameras, which is located in the mobile phone terminal owned by the Defendant, and putting the Kameras, which is located in the cell phone owned by the Defendant, into the lower space.

No person of "200 Highest 649" shall photograph another person's body, which may cause any sexual humiliation or sense of shame, using a camera or any other similar mechanism, against the latter's will, or distribute, sell, lease, provide, or openly exhibit or show its photographed objects to the public.

Nevertheless, at around 12:23 on March 5, 2020, the Defendant: (a) laid off a camera installed in a mobile phone terminal owned by the Defendant from a female toilet located on the second floor of the F Building at Ansan-si, a mobile phone room below the lower space, and (b) taken off the body of the Victim G (V), and taken off the body of the Victim G (VV) off and melting down, and made it clear that it is a clerical error at around May 19, 2020; and (c) thus, it is correct ex officio.

There was a total of three victims, such as the attached list of crimes, during the period between them.

Accordingly, the defendant is against the will of the person who might cause sexual humiliation or shame using a camera or other similar mechanism.
