A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim C(n, 27 years old)'s family relationship with the victim C, and E is the deceased relationship with the above B, and F is the defendant and the above D's family relationship.

On December 10, 2018, the Defendant returned home with the victim, the above B, and the above E, and the Defendant, the victim, and the above B got home with the above B located in Daegu Suwon-gu G.

1. They shall not photograph the body of another person, which may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, against the latter's will, by using a camera or other similar mechanism;

At around 08:00 on December 11, 2018, the Defendant exceeded the victim and the above B, from a small room, and taken photographs using the Defendant’s smartphone, which has a camera function, by reporting that the victim and the above B are satisfing the face of the above B.

2. The business operator shall not take photographs of another person's body, which may cause any sexual humiliation or sense of shame, using a camera or similar mechanism, against the latter's will, or distribute, sell, lease, provide, or openly exhibit or show such photographs to the public;

On December 11, 2018, the Defendant sent to H photographs taken by the victim while she was off from the house above B around the A.M., to the above D, E, and F, respectively.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using camera or other similar devices, against his/her will, and distributed and provided the photographs.
