Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 11, 2014, at around 01:10, the Defendant committed assault, such as: (a) a slope C, a police officer belonging to B district unit, who was called up on the front corridor of the elevator of 304, 12th floor of the Daegu Suwon-gu ropo-ro, Daegu, 77, 304, and called “FFFF, so soon as he does not gather,” and (b) a defect in the direction on the elevator to the above elevator, taking the direction to the above elevator, carrying a breath’s hand, carrying a dub on the shape of the slope C, leaving the dog to fall off.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases by the assistant C, a police officer.
