Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 11:00, on the ground of the department store located in Busan-dong, Busan-dong; (b) on the ground that drinking alcohol was heatedly heated, the Defendant: (c) heard the horses “out the water” from the slope C and policeman D belonging to the Busan-gu Police Station B District, which was called upon upon receipt of a report, and spread them to the said police officers; (d) putting the Defendant out of the water unit; and (e) putting the Defendant into the outside of the water unit, and (e) putting the said D’s work clothes “Ie fice flavoen,” and putting the Defendant out of the water unit, making the said D’s work clothes flabing and avoiding the work clothes of the said D flabing.

Accordingly, the defendant, upon receiving a report, interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by the police officers.
