Reasons

1. The plaintiff's cause of the claim of this case is as shown in the annexed sheet and the changed cause of the claim, and it can be recognized by the entries of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the results of appraisal entrustment to the President of the Korea Land Information Corporation Kim Jong-hwan and the whole purport of pleadings, and there is no counter-proof.

2. Therefore, the Plaintiff’s claim of this case seeking removal or removal of obstacles, such as containers, etc., and delivery of land, based on the ownership of each land indicated in the separate sheet is well-grounded.

As to this, Defendant B is the husband of Nonparty E, who is the former owner of a part of each land listed in the separate sheet, and Defendant C is the punishment of Defendant B, and Defendant D is the perpetrator of Defendant C, and Defendant D has the right to use each land listed in the separate sheet because it was installed with the permission of the above E, but it cannot be accepted in light of the legal principle.

3. Conclusion

As above, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and all of them are accepted, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
