Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인 B, A의 공동 범행 피고인들은 2017. 9. 14. 22:25 경 G에 있는 ‘H’ 유흥 주점 4번 룸 내에서, 술값이 많이 나왔다는 이유로 위 주점 업주와 시비가 되어 실랑이를 벌이던 중, 위와 같은 사유로 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 제주 서부 경찰서 I 지구대 소속 경위 J이 피고인들을 만류하며 “ 술 값에 이의가 있으면 지자체 관련 부서에 문의하여 처리하는 것이 좋을 것 같다, 양측에서 말씀 나눠 보세요 ”라고 설명하자, 술값 시비를 해결해 주지 않는다며 불만을 품고, 피고인 B은 J이 주점 밖으로 나가지 못하도록 출입문을 막아 서서 “ 민중의 지팡이가 씨 발, 좆같은 새끼, 뭐 이런 새끼가 다 있어, 씨 발” 이라고 욕설을 하며 양손으로 J의 가슴을 치고, 양팔을 잡고 당기는 등 폭행하고, 위 지구대 소속 경사 K이 이를 제지하려 하자 피고인 A은 K에게 다가가 “ 짭새면 술값을 해결을 하고 가야지,

Franchiscising with tax revenue;

그러니 짭새 새끼들이지 ”라고 욕설을 하면서 양손으로 K의 가슴을 치고, 몸을 잡아 벽으로 밀치는 등 폭행하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired and interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on the handling of reports and the maintenance of order.
