1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in light of Gap evidence 1-1 to 5, Gap evidence 2, 3, 4, Eul evidence 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, Eul evidence 7-1, 2, 3, 8-1, 2, 8-2, 9, 10, 10-1, 9, and 10-5, and the results of the survey and appraisal conducted by appraiser D.

(1) On October 16, 1916, the day of land change indicated in the land cadastre and the register (1) E, a day before the Hancheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon-do, F. 474 square meters (1,567 square meters if the land is converted into a square meter), Gangwon-do, Hongcheon-gun, G. 135 square meters (46 square meters if the land is converted into a square meter), 624 square meters (2,063 square meters if the land is converted into a square meter), 5,566 square meters prior to the division (18,40 square meters if the land is converted into a square meter), and 35 square meters prior to the division (16 square meters if the land is converted into a square meter), respectively, was transferred on June 25, 1925.

(2) On March 3, 1936, K transferred the ownership of the above five parcels of land to L.

(3) L transferred the ownership of the above five parcels of land to M on April 17, 1940.

(4) N succeeded to M, and N completed the registration of ownership transfer on the above five parcels of land on April 25, 1948.

(5) On April 25, 1948, N completed the registration of ownership transfer based on sale and purchase as of May 6, 1947 with respect to the land remaining except the above H land among the above five parcels of land, and on the same day P completed the registration of ownership transfer based on sale and purchase as of May 6, 1947.

(6) On January 23, 1954, theO completed the registration of ownership transfer by restoration on the land of the remaining four parcels except the above H land on the ground of the loss of the register completed as referred to in the above paragraph (5).

(7) On May 18, 1973,O sold the land remaining four parcels except the above H land to the Defendant. On May 25, 1973, the Defendant sold the above F land, I land before subdivision, and land above J land, and on May 29, 1973.
