1. Basic facts

A. On October 16, 1916, the land changes indicated in the land cadastre and the register, E was examined as follows: (a) on October 16, 1916, the Hancheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon-do 47 square meters; (b) 135 square meters in size 446 square meters in size; (c) 624 square meters in size 2,063 square meters in size; (d) before I; (e) 5,566 square meters in size 18,400 square meters in size; (e) on June 25, 1925; and (e) on March 3, 1936, K transferred the ownership of the above five lots in size to M on April 17, 194; and (e) completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 25, 198, each of the above parcels of land inherited from M.

3) On April 25, 1948, N completed the registration of ownership transfer for the above H land among the above five parcels of land on the ground of sale as of May 6, 1947, and on the same day, N completed the registration of ownership transfer for the remaining four parcels of land in the O as of May 6, 1947. (4) As to the above FF, G, I, and J land, N completed the registration of ownership transfer due to restoration on the ground of the loss of the registry on January 23, 1954, and on May 25, 1973, N completed the registration of ownership transfer due to the "trade as of May 18, 1973."

5) P completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the above H land in Q, Q, and Q, July 25, 1984, and the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of the agreement on the division of inherited property as of May 25, 2001. 6) The said I land was divided into a size of 505 square meters prior to I on August 6, 201 and a size of 17,895 square meters prior to C, and the category of the I land was converted to a warehouse site on October 22, 2012.

On the other hand, on April 29, 2015, the divided C was re-divided into 544m2 and 17,351m2 prior to C on April 29, 2015, and the land category was changed from “B” to “B” on September 10, 2015.
