1. The Defendant indicated in the attached Form 74, 2, 75, 78, 79, among the 31m2 and 190m2 of the Hongcheon-gun C river in Gangwon-do and the 190m2 of the D river.

1. Basic facts

(a) The previous landowner’s column for the land cadastre, which was prepared and preserved before 1945 with respect to the 37 square meters prior to K, 1, 93 square meters prior to K, Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon-do, and 918 square meters prior to L (hereinafter “instant land”). Since theO, the Plaintiff paid the property tax while occupying and using each of the instant lands.

E. On December 17, 2008, the Defendant owned, and resided in, the above ground house (as to the above house, the registration of the preservation of ownership in the Defendant’s name was completed on December 29, 1997; hereinafter “Defendant’s house”) after completing the registration of the transfer of ownership on the ground of donation from Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun on December 16, 2008.

The location and status of the above land shall be as shown in the results of the cadastral status survey in attached Form 1.

F. The defendant, among each land of this case, connects each point of 1, 15, 16, 17, 18, 23, 22, 21, 20, 20, 13, and 1 of the annexed drawings among the land of this case, each point of (a) section of 166 square meters in order to connect each point of 24, 40, 41, 42, 43, 28, 29, 30, 36, 35, 34, and 24 of the annexed drawings; and (b) section 16 square meters in order to connect each point of 62, 66, 73, 72, 60, 61, and 62 of the annexed drawings [hereinafter collectively referred to as the "land of this case" of this case.
