A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 13, 2018, the Defendant posted a false statement on May 16, 2018, 16:27, stating that he/she would sell cuad's electrical and co-ordinations on the Internet “B” website at the Internet “B,” thereby sending KRW 1.70,000 to the victim C who contacted with such a statement that he/she would send the cuad's electrical and co-ordinations.

However, there was no intention or ability to send money from the victim because the defendant did not have an electrical foundation for sale, and even if he received money from the victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 170,000 from the victim to E (Account Number:F) opened in the name of the Defendant’s mother D as the price for electrical pro and pro and pro and con, and received from that time a total of KRW 4.83,00 won from October 10, 2018, respectively, from that time, from October 28, 2018.

On May 2, 2018, the Defendant posted a false statement on May 2, 2018, 09:07, stating that he/she would sell her her her her her her her 170,000 won to the Internet “B” website at the Internet “B” site. On the other hand, the Defendant sent the said her her her her her her her 170,000 won to G.

However, the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to send out money even if he received money from the victim because he did not have any means of sale.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 170,000 from the victim to the I Bank Account (J) in the name of H as the purchase price for damp-up, and from that time, received KRW 1,150,000 from the victim eight times in total from May 9, 2018, respectively, as shown in attached Table 2 of the Crimes List 2.

The Defendant, on August 2, 2018, posted a letter to sell a phone to the Internet “M” website at the Defendant’s residence located in the Danan-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun on August 14:30, 2018, and wired KRW 100,000 to the victim N who reported and contacted.
