Reasons
Punishment of the crime
To the extent that the defendant does not actually infringe the defendant's right of defense, the phrases of the facts charged were appropriately revised.
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. On March 2019, the Defendant filed a request through D to send psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (i.e., a single Mesophopon) to B (one Mesophopon) residing in the United States, at a place which is not a patroler, and then transferred KRW 580,000 to the account designated by the said B at that time.
Accordingly, the above B, around March 19, 2019, contained about 10 g of opphones in plastic bags, concealed them into coffee and disguised international trade items, and sent them to the Republic of Korea through the Incheon International Airport on March 29, 2019, after stating the payee as “A,” and the destination as “Seoul Metropolitan Government E-building F,” so that the defendant can receive them. The defendant sent them to the Republic of Korea on or around March 29, 2019 through the Incheon International Airport.
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above B, imported psychotropic drugs-related penphones.
2. On May 10, 2019, the Defendant administered a philophone medication by inserting the philophone in a glass pipe at the Defendant’s residence located in the above E building F, and inserting the philophone’s scopon’s scopon’s scopic in a fluoring manner.
3. On April 2019, the Defendant: (a) requested the said B to send the penphones to the Republic of Korea at a place in which the daylights are closed and closed; (b) requested D through the said B to send the penphones to the Republic of Korea; and (c) thereafter, transferred KRW 700,000 to the said account without passbooks.
Accordingly, the above B, around April 30, 2019, sent back to the country a disguised international letter-post item, in the same manner as Paragraph 1, at a non-place of the United States LA (U.S.) and in the same manner as Paragraph 2, sent back to the country after the disguised international letter-post item. The B, on May 13, 2019, arrived at the Incheon State’s supply port.
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above B, imported psychotropic drugs-related penphones.
