Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

Where the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) received a request from A, an offender, to introduce and request women who wish to work at a sexual traffic business establishment located in Japan, among women inside the territory of the Republic of Korea; and (b) accepted such request; (c) on December 2, 2013, at the mutual infinite coffee shop located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, Daejeon, the Defendant stated to the effect that “one person may be punished by a large amount of money if he/she works at a sexual traffic business establishment in the Republic of Korea.”

In addition, the Defendant consented to the above proposal, and around that time, introduced B to C who manages commercial sex acts business establishments, such as “D,” which are commercial sex acts establishments in Japan, and arranged B to engage in the act of selling sex in the above “D” from December 26, 2013.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the above Paragraph 1, proposed that he/she should work at the relative E (in female, 20 years of age) of B, which he/she became aware of through the introduction of the above Paragraph 1, at the early December 2013 upon the request of the above Section C, and arranged that he/she would engage in the act of selling sex at the business place of sexual traffic in Japan from December 26, 2013 to the above Category C, and that he/she introduced the consent to the act of selling sex at the business place of sexual traffic in Korea.

3. On July 2015, according to the proposal of the above paragraph 1. C, the Defendant proposed that F (the age 24 years) who worked as a drinking house employee at the early scambling place on July 1, 2015 (the age 24) as described in the above paragraph 1. To the same effect, the Defendant introduced F (the age 24) to F (the age 24) and arranged F (the consentF) to introduce C, and let F (the consentF) perform the act of selling sex at the Japanese sexual traffic establishment managed by C from August 9, 2015.
