Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2012, the Defendant: (a) received a request from B to introduce a sexual traffic business establishment in order for the women of sexual traffic to go to Japan while living in Japan; (b) confirmed the current status of operation of the sexual traffic business establishment and the price for sexual traffic, etc. from the “E” in the name of the operator of the sexual traffic business establishment in the form of call-type in the Asia-do and the Gu C building D; (c) notified B of this fact; and (d) introduced B with the mind of having the women to go to Japan so that the said “E” can be sent to Japan.

Upon receipt of the Defendant’s introduction, B: “When sending a female to engage in sexual traffic in the form of call sign, I wish to give KRW 1,500,000 per AC,” from August 2012 to November 201 of the same year, the Defendant sent four women, such as female sex trafficking F, to the above “E” in Japan, and had F, etc. receive Internet advertising report and contact with the said “E” from the said “E,” and, in return, the Defendant introduced and arranged the occupation to receive KRW 200,000,000 from E to receive six million, and received the consideration.

As above, the Defendant introduced and arranged a job in order to enable B to engage in the act of selling sex and received the compensation therefor, and aided and abetted B to commit the crime by facilitating B’s crime by delivering B along with the above “E” when B went to Japan along with sexual traffic women.
