The judgment of the first instance.

1. The grounds for the court’s explanation concerning this case, including the acceptance of the judgment of the court of first instance, are the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where the relevant part is used as the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance.

2. Parts to be dried;

(a) According to each entry of Gap evidence 4-1, 2, and 9-2 through 19 under two pages 2, the following facts may be acknowledged:
