1. The plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff A received dental treatment from the Defendant at a dental hospital operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant hospital”) and the Plaintiff B’s spouse, Plaintiff C, and D are Plaintiff A’s children.

B. From June 2, 2009 to August 5, 2009, Plaintiff A received from Defendant Hospital Ehyphal treatment of Chypha in Cyping, No. 17, 26, 36, and 46, Ehypian treatment of Cypia No. 16, 27.

A은 2009. 7. 1. 46번 치아에 지속적으로 불편감을 호소하였고, 피고는 같은 날 원고 A에게 솜뭉치와 나무막대를 물어보게 하고 치아 내측 균열이 있음을 설명하였다.

마. 원고 A은 2009. 7. 8. 시린 증상, 통증이 여전하고, 46번 치아 교합 조정시 다른 치아보다 진동을 심하게 느꼈다고 호소하였으며, 2009. 7. 15. 쑤심, 찌릿한 느낌 등 지속적 불편감을 호소하였고, 2009. 7. 20. 47번, 46번, 45번 치아 시린 느낌을 호소하였다.

F. On August 5, 2009, Plaintiff A complained of the absence of symptoms for A, No. 46 on August 5, 2009, and transferred Plaintiff A to the Gangnam Synovas Hospital on the same day.

G. From August 5, 2009, Plaintiff A received medical treatment at the Gangnam Synish Hospital, and was diagnosed on July 14, 2010 with respect to pasia No. 46.

H. From June 25, 2010, Plaintiff A received treatment at a dental college hospital at a school of the tobacco generation from the hospital, and was confirmed to be ruptures, Nos. 46, 36, and 17 as to paws, ruptures, September 19, 201, and 17.

(i) At present, Plaintiff A complained of the catus catus catus Nos. 16, 17, 26, 27, 36, 37, 46, 36, 46, 46, 46, and 46, respectively, respectively, and nurtures the catus catus of 16, 17, 25, 26, 27, 36, 37, 46, and 46.
