Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received luminous surgery from “E sexual surgery” located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building; (b) and (c) received luminous surgery;

8. up to 14. A patient who has undergone the 10th sex surgery at the above hospital;

On August 29, 2014, the Defendant argued that there was no perception of face due to the error of sex surgery, and that he returned to the Defendant. On August 29, 2014, the symptoms shown by the Defendant due to the symptoms of natural therapy, the Defendant demanded compensation for sexual side effects, from time to time, and sought several E sexual surgery.

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On November 24, 2014, at around 15:30 on the same day, the Defendant sought in E-type and 12th floor, and tried to walk out a disturbance, such as “F” (F) for a Chinese patient who was scheduled to undergo a climatic surgery, and to access to unspecified patients, and to read printed matters, such as “F” (F) for which he was scheduled to undergo a climatic surgery, and “a large amount of time when he was performed at this hospital, and going to go to the hospital due to a wrong surgery,” and to interfere with another patient who is to move to undergo a medical examination or surgery, and to enter into the hospital with an exclusive path for employees, and to get his hair from the wall to the day of 160:0 on which he got his hair.

The Defendant, by exercising such power, interfered with the management and operation of the victim G hospital, which is the head of E in charge of overall affairs concerning the management and operation of the above hospital.

B. On November 26, 2014, at around 11:20, the Defendant sought the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph A, and the purport of the foregoing paragraph (a) is to: (a) access to unspecified patients waiting in the atmosphere to undergo a sex surgery in the manner described in the foregoing paragraph (a); and (b) “I have to go back to the hospital due to the surgery’s error.”
