1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;
except that the sentence shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

A as the representative of M Co., Ltd. established for the purpose of advertising agency, etc., a person who actually operates a bulletin board on sexual information in N, which is an Internet-type car page, and Defendant B is the person working for the above company as the head of department, and Defendant I is the operator of “P” which is the representative of PO established for the purpose of advertising agency, etc.

C is the director of RP in Busanjin-gu Q. Defendant D is the director of SP in Busan Jin-gu Q. Defendant Eul is the head of US in Busan Jin-gu Q. Defendant Eul is the head of U U U P in Busan Jin-gu T. Defendant F is the director of V in Busan Jin-gu T. Defendant G is the director of V in Busan Jin-gu T. Defendant G is the director of W Sung P in Busan Jin-gu T. Defendant G is the director of Busan Jin-gu T, and Defendant H is the director of P in Busan Jin-gu X in Busan Jin-gu.
The above Defendants, who are sexual surgery and doctor, requested Defendant A to advertise their sexual surgery, and Defendant A, along with Defendant B and Defendant I, conspiredd with Defendant A to advertise the treatment-based experience of performing surgery in the sexual surgery operated by Defendant C, etc. in the order of advertising that is likely to mislead consumers by placing the treatment-based experience in the sexual surgery operated by Defendant C, etc. in the above camera.
1. Defendant A, B, I, and C’s joint criminal acts according to the above conspiracys: (a) Defendant A, B, and C paid a total of KRW 106,40,000 in return for requesting the Defendant A to advertise from April 2013 to July 2015; (b) Defendant A, B, and I posted the patient’s experience, etc., including a photograph before and after a sex surgery, on the “N” and “P” plastic car page operated by Defendant C; and (c) comply with the surgery, and put a large number of comments on the purpose of the surgery and intentionally increase the number of inquiries, thereby seeking a sex surgery.
