A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On March 1, 2014, the Defendant sent 50,000 won for psychotropic drugs to E in the name of the Metepacter (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), and the above Melopon was dilutiond with 0.1g of philopon contained in the single Melopon in the first Melopical injection machine, and sent them to the Defendant’s Melopium.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he purchased and administered 0.1g of psychotropic drugs.

On April 2014, the Defendant sent 50,000 won to E in the Defendant’s vehicle parked in a public parking lot near the G office operated by the Defendant, which is located in F, under the pretext of philopon, and H, which was located in the same place, with E, has injected approximately 0.1g of philopon contained in the single-use injection machine, and put him in injection to the bloodline of the Defendant’s arms.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he purchased and administered 0.1g of psychotropic drugs.

On April 19, 2014, the Defendant, at the above G office around 19:00, sent 100,000 won to E under the pretext of writingphones, and at around 21:00 on the same day, E added approximately 0.1g of penphones contained in the single-use injection machine, and put in injection to the Defendant’s arms.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he purchased and administered 0.1g of psychotropic drugs.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On September 12, 2014, at around 19:00, the Defendant, at the G office operated by the Defendant, located in the original city F, had E put in a single-use injection machine and dilution the non-psychotropic volume of psychotropic drugs purchased from I, and then put the Defendant’s arms into the blood transfusion.

Accordingly, the defendant is a person handling narcotics.
