A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2012, the Defendant: (a) 05:00 on the first day of September 2012, 201, published three 0.05 grams of Mepta (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) with E and F in a single-use injection room located in Chuncheon-si C; and (b) injected one son by inserting 0.05g of melopon; and (c) injected one melopon into the melopn in a single-use injection room.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he administered psychotropic drugs.

2. The Defendant, at around 07:00 on the same day, administered approximately 0.05 g of phiphonephones in the same manner as indicated in the preceding paragraph, at the same place as E and F.

3. On July 2013, the Defendant: (a) 24:00 on the first day of Switzerland, the Defendant administered a phiphone in a way that, in the vehicle of E parked in the Hean River Station near H located in Chuncheon-si, the Defendant divided and 0.05g of philopon into two for a single-time injection engine together with E; and (b) dilution one for each person’s own dilution into a diver, and dilution with each other.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he administered psychotropic drugs.

4. On June 17, 2014 through June 18, 2014, the Defendant received a single injection device from J, one of which contains approximately 0.06 g of philopon, from the Chuncheon-si I apartment road, around 20:00.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he received psychotropic drugs.

5. On June 28, 2014, around 21:00, the Defendant administered 0.06 gramphonephonephones (0.06 gramphones) by dilution them into water at the Defendant’s house located in Chuncheon-si I apartment 216 dong 1201, as described in the preceding paragraph 4.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he administered psychotropic drugs.
