A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2014, the defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution in Seoul High Court for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Embezzlement).

7.24. The above judgment became final and conclusive.

The Defendant, in early 2012, was prohibited from departing from the Republic of Korea due to a default of taxes in early 2012, and was unable to depart from the Republic of Korea using a passport under the name of the Defendant.
