1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 68,654,261 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 5% per annum from May 31, 2014 to August 29, 2015; and (b) August 30, 2015.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Acts: Provided, That the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings are amended to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, but the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) are applied until September 30, 2015 pursuant to Article 2 (2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning Legal Proceedings, etc.
