1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) the delivery of the real estate listed in the separate sheet in KRW 1,55,570 and KRW 1,497,90 among them;
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act): Provided, That the provisions on statutory interest rates in the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings concerning delay damages for KRW 1,497,90 have been amended to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, but the provisions on statutory interest rates in the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) have been amended to 15% per annum pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda to Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concern
