1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from August 29, 2015 to September 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Acts: Provided, That the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings are amended to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, but the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) are applied until September 30, 2015 pursuant to Article 2 (2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning Legal Proceedings, etc.
