1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On January 24, 2003, Plaintiff A entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant with the following content (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

Insurance name of the insurance, Spoan C Securities Insurance Co., Ltd. Ⅳ insurance coverage period from January 24, 2003 to January 24, 2008, the insured D Insurance Amounting to KRW 55,150 per month from January 24, 2003 to January 24, 2008, and KRW 30,000,000,000 for traffic injury, death (special terms)

B. The main contents of the instant insurance contract’s ordinary terms and conditions (hereinafter “instant ordinary terms and conditions”) and the instant special terms and conditions are as follows.

◎ 이 사건 보통약관 ◎ 13. (보상하는 손해) (1) 회사(피고)는 피보험자가 보험기간 중에 급격하고도 우연한 외래의 사고(이하 ‘사고’라 합니다)로 신체에 상해를 입었을 때에는 그 상해로 인하여 생긴 손해(이하 ‘손해’라 합니다)를 이 약관에 따라 보상하여 드립니다.

14. (Non-Compensation for Loss) A company (Defendant) shall not be compensated for any loss incurred while the insured commits any of the following acts for the purposes of occupation, duties or club activities, unless otherwise agreed:

(1) The professional light team, Bangladesh's operation, scar.

3. A company (Death Insurance Money) (1) has suffered an injury caused by an accident prescribed by 13. (Compensation Damages) on the part of the insured and has died as a result of its direct performance within one year from the date of the accident, the company (the defendant) shall pay the death insurance money to the beneficiary.
