1. Facts of recognition;

A. The status of the parties is a local government-invested public corporation established pursuant to Article 49 of the Local Public Enterprises Act for the purpose of the construction and operation of subway roads in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and the defendant is a local government-invested public corporation that comprehensively succeeds to the claims and obligations of the Seoul Metro and the Seoul Metropolitan City Urban Railroad Corporation established by a merger on May 31, 2017, and comprehensively succeeds to the legal proceedings on June 20, 2017.

B. If the rules of employment are amended by the defendant's remuneration regulations, etc., the main text thereof

1) The defendant has a provision on remuneration in order to establish basic matters concerning the benefits, etc. of its employees. The definitions of terms used in this Article are as follows: 1. The term "compensation" refers to the sum of basic wages, various allowances, and school meal expenses. 5. The term "ordinary wage" refers to the sum of basic wages and technical allowances, trainwork allowances, danger allowances, work support allowances, qualification allowances, and management improvement allowances. The term "ordinary wage" refers to the sum of basic wages and technical allowances, train work allowances, work support allowances, qualification allowances, and working improvement allowances. The remuneration shall be paid on the 20th day of each month: Provided, That if the payment date falls on Saturday or on a public holiday, the remuneration for officers and employees shall be paid on the preceding day. If it is necessary to pay the amount to be paid on the day or on a daily basis due to the nature of remuneration, the daily remuneration shall be calculated on the basis of the changes in status of the basic wage in accordance with Article 17:
