Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No driver of any motor vehicle shall cause any danger or injury to other persons, or cause any danger to traffic, by making a sudden braking, such as suddenly stopping the motor vehicle or reducing the speed, unless he/she intends to prevent danger and on other inevitable grounds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while driving at around 18:10 on September 17, 2017, while proceeding two lanes in front of the bus stops in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, 193, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, 193.

C Operation D. D. C. C. car was changed to the Defendant’s driving lane on the ground that the car was changed to the Defendant’s driving lane, and the said car was 700 meters followed by a sudden operation of the Defendant’s rocketing car in front of the said car rental car, thereby facing the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle right side and the above C. C. car rental car was faced with the front part of the left side of the said car.

In this respect, the defendant was able to draw up a motor vehicle and inflict harm on others.
