Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No driver of any motor vehicle shall inflict any harm on other persons or cause any danger to traffic by consecutively committing at least two acts among the acts of the central line, violation of the method of passing ahead, emergency control, etc., or by continuously or repeatedly committing one act.

Nevertheless, at around 13:30 on November 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) while driving a car of Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Category B with a one-laned vehicle of C Karen; (b) while driving a car of Drren, the Defendant continued to overtake a car of the Crren by acceleratinging the central line and without operating the direction, etc. on the ground that the Drren vehicle of Drack, which is in progress, was driven by the Crren; and (c) when the play area D uses the horn, the Defendant operated a car of the Crren in front of the Crren.

As a result, the defendant committed the central crime, the violation of the method of passing ahead, and the act of speeding, thereby causing harm to others or causing danger to traffic.
