Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Definite Defendant: (a) at the direction-setting boarding of the Magsan Station of the Gyeongdong-gu Police Station of the 160 Sinyang-si from September 29, 2018 to 22:40 of the same day, the victim C, a police officer affiliated with the same police station, and the victim D, a police officer affiliated with the same police officer, sent to the scene after receiving the report of the instant case 112; and (b) requested the victims to present identification card; (c) among the victims with the 119 first responders and train users, the victims were sexually insultingd by “sick fins”, “sick sick sicks”, and “sick sick sick sick sick sicks” on several occasions.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), expressed C’s desire to “salone-time” to the circumstances during which the Defendant continued to present an identification card, and made a drinking part of C’s personal seal at one time.

As a result, the Defendant assaulted C, a police officer, thereby hindering police officers from performing their legitimate duties in regard to the handling of 112 reported cases.

3. On September 29, 2018, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act was arrested and taken in custody as a flagrant offender due to the obstruction of performance of official duties, such as obstruction of performance of official duties, at the B police box located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-si, Yongsan-si on September 29, 2018, and it was difficult for the Defendant to have avoided an action for the following reasons: (a) on about 40 minutes, the Defendant was arrested and taken in custody as a flagrant offender.

Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, forced or scamed by very rough words and conducts at government offices.
