Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 190,000 from the victim to the Sbank account (T) in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and received KRW 1,820,000 from the victim six times in total from the above date to January 3, 2019, as shown in the attached Table 2 of Crimes List 2.
