A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and fine of 5,000,000 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by fine of 2,000,000 won, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant related to a sexual traffic business establishment is a business proprietor operating a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name “F” in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gtel 814 and 421 from around October 2015 to March 20:45, 2016.

On February 22, 2016, at around 19:00, the Defendant advertised the above business establishment on the bulletin board, such as “H,” which is a site for Internet commercial sex acts, and reported the above advertisement, and 110,000 won was taken into the above Gtel 814, and caused I, who is a sexual traffic female, to engage in the act of similarity during the above period, such as inducing I, by stimulating B’s sexual organ as a hand, to conduct the act of similarity.

B. The Defendant involved in a sexual traffic business is a business owner running a sexual traffic business under the trade name of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ktel 611 from February 1, 2016 to March 15, 2016.

The Defendant advertised the above businesses on the bulletin board, such as “H,” which is the Internet commercial sex acts advertising site, and reported the above advertisements to the above advertisements, brought them into the room after receiving 60,000 won for 70,000 won and 90,000 won for 90,000 won, and caused the women of commercial sex acts such as L, etc. to commit similar acts, such as stimulating sexual organ of sexual purchasing by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

Defendant B around 19:00 on February 22, 2016, around 19:19:00, the Defendant: (a) provided 1.10,00 won to I who is a female sexual traffic in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gtel 814; and (b) allowed the I to engage in similarity behavior that stimulates the Defendant’s sexual organ into his/her hands.

Accordingly, the defendant committed sexual traffic.
