A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant and C, from May 9, 2016 to July 24, 2016, from around 06:40 to July 24, 2016, for the purpose of making a living cost to live together with the victim E (n, 16 years of age) at the Defendant’s house located in the Daejeon Dong-gu D building 101, and for the purpose of preparing living cost. C, with a cell phone, has recruited sex purchase by accessing F, G, H, etc. with a cell phone and making it impossible to know his name. The Defendant notified the victim of the type of sex purchase, appearance, etc., so that the victim could engage in sexual traffic, and had the victim divide the amount of the sexual traffic.
1. On July 11, 2016, around 22:28, the Defendant and C jointly assisted the victim to engage in sexual intercourse at KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.
2. On July 14, 2016, the Defendant and C jointly arranged the victim to have sexual intercourse with the victim one hundred thousand won and one time of sexual intercourse from the sex purchase south where the name recruited by the Defendant and C cannot be known in the above manner at the Daejeon’s 207 room in Daejeon around 02:24.
3. On July 15, 2016, the Defendant and C jointly assisted the victim to engage in sexual intercourse at Daejeon’s Daejeon’s Daejeon’s Daejeon “Lel” 206 room: (a) the Defendant and C had the victim receive KRW 100,000,000 from sexual purchase south for which the name recruited by the said method could not be known; and (b) the Defendant and C arranged the victim to engage in sexual intercourse once.
Accordingly, the defendant and C have arranged the purchase of child or juvenile sex on three occasions jointly.
