The Defendant, from Yeonsu-gu C and underground level 1, operates a commercial sex trafficking business establishment with the trade name “D,”

1. On July 14, 2014, by receiving 110,000 won from male guests E who have found the above business establishment on July 14, 2014, and providing guidance to marina rooms, allowing female employees to engage in sexual intercourse with other female workers, and arranging sexual intercourse;

2. On July 15, 2014, around 03:15, 2014, male customers F, who have found the above business places, receive a price of 100,000 won from male customers F, and provide guidance to marina rooms, allowing female employees to engage in sexual intercourse with other female workers, and arranges sexual intercourse;

3. On July 15, 2014, a male guest G who had found the above business establishment around 23:08 received a price of 100,000 won from male customers G and provided guidance to a marina room to arrange sexual traffic, allowing female employees to engage in sexual intercourse with other female workers;

4. On July 20, 2014, a male guest H who has found the above business establishment around 02:20 on July 20, 2014 receives 110,000 won as a sexual traffic price and provides guidance to a marina room, thereby allowing female employees to do the act similar to I, and arranges sexual traffic;

5. On July 21, 2014, the head of the Incheon Regional Police Agency provides guidance to engage in sexual intercourse with I for female employees by receiving KRW 100,000,000 from an slopeJ affiliated with the Incheon Regional Police Agency, which had established the above establishment on July 21, 2014, and allowing them to engage in sexual intercourse with I for them;

6. As regards August 22, 2014, a male guest K having found the above business establishment around 02:00, receiving 110,000 won of sexual traffic from the male guest K and providing guidance to a marina room, allowing female employees I to engage in sexual intercourse with the female employee, and arranging sexual intercourse;

7. On August 26, 2014, a male guest L, who has found the above business establishment around 05:00, receives 110,000 won of sexual traffic from male customers L and provides guidance to marina rooms, allowing female employees I to engage in sexual intercourse with the other female employees, and arranges sexual traffic;

8. Around 19:00 on August 27, 2014, the head of the Incheon Regional Police Agency received 90,000 won for sexual traffic from the head of the Incheon Regional Police Agency M and provided guidance to the M of the M of the M of the M of the M of M of the M of the M of the M of the M of the M of the M
