A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Anyone who intends to run a juvenile game providing business shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu after being equipped with the facilities prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without registering with the competent authority from December 9, 2016 to February 24, 2017, provided, at the “D” parking lot located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do, the Defendant: (a) installed a type of mechanical key board, namely, LOVE PH (brush) and KOR SHP (Co shop); and (b) provided, at the same time and place as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, all game products used by the Defendant were offered to unspecified customers for use.

2. Anyone who intends to run a juvenile game providing business shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu after being equipped with facilities prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Nevertheless, from June 2017 to October 23, 2017, the Defendant installed a game machine called "PUSH TPOP (PP)" on the street in front of "F" located in Chungcheongbuk-si, Chungcheongnam-si, without registering with the competent authority, and provided many and unspecified customers with a game machine.
