A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) from around 18:10 to October 21:45, 2016, the Defendant installed one game material of “c convenience store”, which is a game product of class A to be used by customers, without registering with the Mayor of Gwangju City, on the front of “C convenience store” located in Gwangju City B; and (b) provided customers with a game product of class B to be used by customers.

Accordingly, the defendant is running the juvenile game providing business without registering with the competent Mayor.

The Defendant, “2016 Highest 4084,” without registering the “E” on the roads located in Gwangju City, Gwangju City from early November 2016 to December 6, 2016, provided customers with one “ smart food”, which is a game product of class A used in entirety, without registering it with the Mayor of Gwangju City.

Accordingly, the defendant is running the juvenile game providing business without registering with the competent Mayor.

A person who intends to engage in the business of providing youth games of 2017 Highest 696 shall register with the competent Mayor.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 광주시장에게 등록하지 아니한 채 2017. 1. 24. 경부터 2017. 1. 31. 경까지 광주시 F에 있는 'G' 앞 노상에서 전체이용 가 등급의 게임 물인 ‘ 핑크 샷’ 1대를 설치하여 손님들의 이용에 제공하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant is running the juvenile game providing business without registering with the competent Mayor.

Where a person intends to operate a juvenile game providing business within an educational environment protection zone, he/she shall obtain approval from the superintendent of the competent office of education or a person delegated by the superintendent of the competent office of education after deliberation by the Local Educational Environment Protection Committee, and where a person intends to operate a juvenile game providing business, he/she shall prepare facilities prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and register with the competent authority.

Nevertheless, on March 13, 2017, the Defendant is from the boundary of “I elementary school” located at H in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.
