Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to run the 2017 High 543 Juvenile Game Business shall be equipped with facilities prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, on January 26, 2017, the Defendant, without being registered, installed one unit of rid-si Push (led-sipush) in front of C in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 2017, which is a game product in front of C, and provided it to an unspecified number of unspecified persons.

As a result, the defendant runs the business of providing unregistered youth games.

A person who intends to run a juvenile game providing business of 2017 High 544 shall be equipped with facilities prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, on January 31, 2017, the Defendant, without filing the above registration, installed a game machine in front of the E in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and offered it to the public for use by the general public.
