Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who owns Branchising car volume.
No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.
Nevertheless, the Defendant:
1. On June 12, 2012, around 15:31, 201, the Plaintiff operated the said vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance at a point of 101.1 kilometers in the Do-ri Highway, Chungcheongnam-gu, Geumcheon-si, Geumcheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-do.
2. On June 19, 2012, around 10:50, the Plaintiff operated the said vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road of the living center of the Yong-dong Yong-dong, Youngnam University.
3. On August 8, 2012, around 22:57, the Plaintiff operated the said vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road of the Si/Gu of Daegu-gu, Daegu-si.
4. On September 20, 2012, around 11:54, the Plaintiff operated the said vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, on the front of the tri-party distance in front of the front of the Gyeongdong-dong of the racing (on the direction of Pool in the direction of racing IIC).
5. On September 24, 2012, around 03:03, the Plaintiff operated the said vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance on the roads prior to the erroneous distance in Gyeyang-dong, Gyeyang-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;
1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
