Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of B Poter cargo vehicle.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the cargo vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance at least nine times in total as follows.

1. On July 23, 201, around 03:43, 201, the U.S. (U.S.) operated the hemp in the Daegu-dong-gu, Daegu-gu.

2. On August 6, 2011, around 14:32, the road was operated prior to the luminous Magsung-gu 4A.

3. On November 5, 201, around 01:31, the water apartment was operated in front of the water apartment road located in 2-dong, Daegu Suwon-gu.

4. On December 12, 201, 15:25 around 15:25, the number of 4 of the Daegu hydro-gu Suwon-dong was operated by the Hancheon-dong in front of the Tulsung-dong.

5. On June 13, 2012, around 13:51, around 13:51, the Plaintiff operated at the private distance intersection in the Daegu Suwon-gu Suwon-gu market.

6. On October 17, 2012, around 21:46, at the upper speed of 88 high speed of 82.6km (Tgu in Namwon) 82.6km.

7. On October 29, 2012, around 21:09, a road of 115km (Tguside) from the 88 Olympic Games was operated.

8. On March 18, 2013, around 15:57, Daegu Suwon-do 4 was operated in the front Hycheon-dong, the commercialization of which was commonized.

9. On March 31, 2013, around 16:04, the Amyang-gu New Cancer 5 Dong-gu, Daegu-dong, Daegu-dong, was operated on the Amyang-si.
